Jharkhand High Court Vacancy Details:
 Name of the Post: Legal Assistant

Age Limit:  Candidates age limit should be between 25 – 35  years as on the 01-03-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess Law Graduate from any recognized university having the experience of at least three years practice as a Lawyer.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written examination and viva-voce test.

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay a original bank draft of Rs.500/- (five hundred only) for general  category, EBC (Schedule I), B.C (Schedule II) and Rs.125/- (one hundred twenty five only) for SC and ST category, drawn  on any Nationalized Bank payable at Ranchi in favour of Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi, towards payment of examination fee.

How to Apply: Eligible  candidates should apply in a prescribed format available in the notification along with the recent passport size photograph, one self addressed unstamped envelope and photo copies of educational qualifications experience etc duly attested by a gazetted officer , the envelope containing the application form should be super scribed as ‘Application for the post of Legal Assistant’ by registered post/ speed post  to the Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court Ranchi  on or before 15-04-2013.

Last Date for Receipt of Applications: 15-04-2013.

Jharkhand High Court Vacancy details:
Name of the Posts:
1. English stenographers for Civil Courts of Jharkhand
2. Hindi Stenographers for Civil Courts of Jharkhand
3. English Stenographers for C.B.I. Courts at Dhanbad and Ranchi
4. Family Courts at Jamtara, Koderma, Latehar and Seraikella-Kharsawan
5. Personal Assistants in the High Court of Jharkhand

Age Limit: Candidates must be above 18 years of age but not more the age of 35 years, as on the 31-01-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate from a recognized University having proficiency in English/ Hindi Shorthand and typing for English/ Hindi Stenographers and Personal Assistants. The speed of shorthand and typing of English stenographers and P.A.  would be 100 and 40 words per minute respectively with permissible mistake of 10%  and for Hindi Stenographer the speed would be 70 and 35 words per minute respectively with permissible mistake of 10%.

Application Fee: Candidate should pay Rs. 400/- for General category and Rs.100/- for SC/ST in the form of Bank draft drawn on any nationalized bank payable at Ranchi on favour of Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi.

Selection Procedure: Selection can be done on the basis of Skill test, Personality Test and Interview.
