Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 27 years as on closing date for receipt of application.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should be passed tenth class from recognized board/ institution and must have completed basic course on Elementary Fire Fighting from a State government / Government of India recognized institute.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written test, measurement of physical standards and endurance test.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay the application fee of Rs.50/- in the form of crossed Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of General Manager, Ordnance Clothing Factory, Avadi. SC/ST, and ex serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of application fee on submission of attested copy of their caste and ex serviceman certificate.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format on plain paper duly typed or neatly hand written, along with attested copies of certificates in support of educational, community, date of birth, discharge certificate etc, by super scribing the top of the envelope as “Application for the post of ___”, to The General Mamager / OCF Avadi, Chennai 600054 with in 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
