RGCB Recruitment 2017 – Junior Research Fellow Posts: Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) has released notification for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow vacancies in the extra murally funded projects on cell and molecular biology of viruses and cancer at Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram on temporary basis. RGCB Vacancy Details:
Name of the Posts: Junior Research Fellow

Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 28 years as on 04-08-2017. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. of India norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have good academic record with first class Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology or Chemical Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on screening of applications, written test, interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with a photograph, a copy of full resume indicating the percentage of marks obtained, attested photocopies of credentials & experience to The Director on or before 04-08-2017. Superscribe the envelope with advertisement number and job title.

      As per the notification the qualification for the post of Program Scientist/ Post-Doctoral Research Associate in RGCB is Ph.D degree in Life Sciences with application of molecular biology, population genetics, population biology or closely related fields or Chemical Sciences or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering with documented expertise, Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a group.

      As per the notification candidates who had M.Sc in Life Sciences with first class & qualified National Eligibility Test are eligible to apply for the post of Junior Research Fellow in RGCB.
