RRC Hajipur Recruitment 2012 – 2226 Group D Vacancies: Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Hajipur has issued notification against recruitment of 2226 Group D vacancies in East Central Railway. 1. Porter – 403 vacancies
2. Trackman – 779 vacancies
3. Helper II (Mech) – 236 vacancies
4. Helper II (S & T) – 186 vacancies
5. Helper II (Elect) – 207 vacancies
6. Safaiwala (Med & Sanitary) – 57 vacancies
7. Grade D (Engg) – 322 vacancies
8. Grade D (Stores) – 36 vacancies
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 33 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be 10th Pass or ITI/Centre of Excellence (COE) or equivalent.
Application Fee Details: Unreserved and OBC applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 40/- in form of crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office drawn in favour of “Assistant Personnel Officer(RRC), Railway Recruitment Cell, E.C.Railway, payable at Patna. SC/ST/EXSM/PWD /Women /Minority candidates/Economically Backward Classes are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe Application For Recruitment To The Posts In Pay Band-1 + Grade Pay RS.1800/-”, Employment Notice No. RRC/ECR/GP 1800/1/2012 ‘ on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Assistant Personnel Officer (RRC), Railway Recruitment Cell, East Central Railway, Polson Complex, Digha Ghat, Patna – 800011, Bihar on or before 10-10-2012 (extended to 26-12-2012) by ordinary post.

As per the notification the vacancies for Ex-Servicemen have not been included in this notification as they are to be notified separately. Hence, Ex-servicemen candidates shall not be eligible for any relaxation so far as the present vacancies are concerned.
