Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 33 years reckoned as on 01-01-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess the qualification of 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent or above.
Application Fee: Applicants need to pay Rs. 40/- payable in a form of crossed Demand Draft from State Bank of India or from any other Nationalized Bank or crossed Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment) Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway, Mumbai and candidate should write their name and address at the back of the Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft. (SC/ST/Women/EBC, minority communities and Persons with Disabilities are exempted from payment of exam fee).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Exam, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe ‘Application for recruitment to the posts in Pay Band-1 ‘ 5200-20200 + GP ’1800/-” on the envelope and send it along with DD/IPO and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, “Senior Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment, Cell, Central Railway, Chief Project Manager (Conv.)’s Office Building, 1st Floor, P.D.Mello Road, Wadi Bunder, Mumbai 400010″ on or before 25-09-2012 (Extended to 07-01-2013).

As per the notification the candidates who completed 10th class or ITI or equivalent or above are eligible to apply for the vacancies in RRCR. But the last date for applying is already over.
