Sikkim Public Service Commission – 69 Asst Engineer & Jr Engineer Posts 2012: Sikkim Public Service Commission has issued notification against recruitment of 69 Assistant and Junior Engineer vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 10-10-2012. Names of Posts:
1. Assistant Engineer (Civil) – 33 vacancies
2. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) – 04 vacancies
3. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – 02 vacancies
4. Assistant Engineer (Agriculture) – 02 vacancies
5. Junior Engineer (Civil) – 28 vacancies
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 21 years and 30 years for Asst Engineer posts and between 18 years and 30 years for Jr Engineer posts. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-09-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduate Degree in Engineering in concerned discipline from any recognised University.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 150/- in form of Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim which has to be credited to ’0051-SPSC’.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Examination and Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the Secretary, Sikkim Public Service Commission, Old West Point School Complex, Near Police Headquarter, Gangtok by hand or by post on or before 10-10-2012.
