South Indian Bank Recruitment 2012 – Probationary Clerk Vacancies: South Indian Bank has issued notification against recruitment of Probationary Clerk Vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 29-02-2012. The other details like Age Limit, Selection Procedure, How to apply and Important Dates are given below…
South Indian Bank Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 3
Name of Post: Probationary Clerk
Age limit: Candidates’ age must not be more than 26 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 31-05-2011.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a regular 10+2+3 course with minimum of 55% marks in Sciences or 50% marks in Arts or any other stream. Having knowledge of Computers is essential.
Application Fee Details: General and OBC Candidates must pay application fee of Rs. 250/- and SC/ST candidates must pay Rs. 50/-, in form of Crossed Demand Draft in favor of South Indian Bank, payable at Kolkata.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in written test and interview.
How to Apply: Candidates may apply through prescribed format available at the end on the notification. Fill the application form with all essential details, attach photograph and attest signature. Send it along with copies of all relevant documents or certificates to the following address, Asst. General Manager, The South Indian Bank Ltd, Regional Office – Kolkata, Door No. 20A, Mother Teresa Sarani (Park Street), 1st Floor, Flat No. 1, Kolkata – 700 016. Super scribe ‘Application for the Post of Pro. Clerks’ on the envelope and send it on or before 29-02-2012.
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 29-02-2012.

sir, please tell me that all over 50% is required in SSC, HSC, GRAD. or is it only for GRAD.

As per the notification it is mentioned that the candidates need to possess 55% marks in Science Stream or 50 % marks in Arts/ Other streams in graduation only in order to apply for the vacancy.
