5. Chief Manager (Finance), (E-4): 08 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 52 years for S.No-1, 55 years for S.No-2, 48 years for S.No-3, 45 years for S.No-4, 40 years for S.No-5 as on 01-04-2016. Age relaxation is 5 years for SC & ST category, 3 years for OBC-NCL category, 05 years for PWD from UR category, 08 years for PWD from OBC-NCL category and 10 years for PWD from SC/ST category admissible as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Full time Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resources/Personnel Management or its equivalent or Two years Full time Master’s Degree in Social Work, from a recognized Indian Institute/ University for S.No-1, Full time Post Graduation Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing/ International Business from a recognized Indian Institute/ University for S.No-2, Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Two years Full time Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance from a recognized Indian Institute/ University for S.No-3 Posts with adequate experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on applicants performance in Interview.
