Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation for Senior Consultant and Consultant; Graduation for Junior Consultant.
- Required Experience: Minimum 08 years in CSR (at least 05 years in PSU / Central / State Govt.) for Senior Consultant; Minimum 05 years in CSR (at least 03 years in PSU / Central / State Govt.) for Consultant; Minimum 03 years in CSR (at least 02 years in PSU / Central / State Govt.) for Junior Consultant.
- Qualifications should be from approved recognized institutions.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Salary/ Stipend
- Senior Consultant (CSR): Rs.1,50,000/- per month (All inclusive)
- Consultant (CSR): Rs.1,20,000/- per month (All inclusive)
- Junior Consultant (CSR): Rs.1,00,000/- per month (All inclusive)
Age Limit (as on 08-02-2026)
- Senior Consultant: Upper Age Limit 45 years
- Consultant: Upper Age Limit 40 years
- Junior Consultant: Upper Age Limit 35 years

- The selection process will be based on academic qualifications, experience and will also include document verification & interview.
General Information / Instructions
- Candidates applying for more than one post should submit a separate application for each post.
- Documents in support of Qualifications, Experience & Age, etc. have to be produced in "original" when called for Document Verification & interview.
- In case of false or insufficient information/lack of proof to ascertain the eligibility of the applicant, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected at any stage of the selection process and appropriate action may be taken as deemed fit.
- Mere submission of applications OR fulfilling of the eligibility criteria does not entitle them to be called for interview/selection.
- Call letters and other information pertaining to this recruitment will be sent to shortlisted candidates by email only. Applicants should ensure that the "e-mail id" given in the online application is maintained active.
- The AAI reserves the right to upgrade the eligibility criteria, in case a large number of applications are received.
- The engagement for the above posts is purely on a contractual basis, initially for a period of ONE year, with provision of extension as per requirement and rules.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/selection process.
- The AAI reserves the right to cancel/modify / withdraw / postpone this engagement notice.
- The engagement of the above consultants will be purely for AAI Corporate Headquarters, New Delhi.
- Leave will be allowed at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed months of service. Unavailed leave in a calendar year cannot be carried forward to next calendar year or encashed.
