Eligibility Criteria

Pharmacist/ Nursing Officer

• B. Pharmacy from a recognized university.
• Registered with Pharmacy council with 02 year of experience post qualification.
• OR
• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
• Registered with Indian Nursing Council with 02 years of experience post qualification.
• OR
• 10+2 with science stream (PCB) from a recognized institute.
• Approved diploma in pharmacy/GNM Nursing from an institute recognized by pharmacy council of India/ Indian Nursing council (as applicable)
• Registered with Pharmacy council/ Nursing council (as applicable)
• 03 years' experience post essential qualification as Pharmacist/ Nurse.
• Desirable: working knowledge of computer applications.

Technician

• B.Sc. in Radiological Imaging techniques from recognized institutes.
• 02 years' experience post essential qualification as Radiographer.
• Diploma in Radiological Imaging techniques from recognized institute.
• 03 years' experience post essential qualification as Radiographer.
• B.Sc. in Emergency Medical Technology from recognized institute.
• 02 years' experience post essential qualification as Medical Technician.
• Desirable: Experience in handling radiological equipment.

Data Entry Operator

• Graduate with a Diploma in Computer Application.
• At least 02 years of relevant experience in health programme.
• Working knowledge and experience in Computer Application.
• Knowledge of filling, indexing, drafting and document management.

Salary / Stipend

• Pharmacist/ Nursing Officer: ₹40,000/-Per Month (Consolidated)
• Technician: ₹40,000/-Per Month (Consolidated)
• Data Entry Operator: ₹30,000/-Per Month (Consolidated)

Age Limit (as on 29-01-2026)

• Up to 35 years

• The above vacancy is purely on a contract basis till March 2026 and is subject to further extension as per Government norms and continuation of the Project.
• The Executive Director, AIIMS, Bilaspur, H.P. reserves the right to make any changes in the vacancy.
• The cut-off date to determine the maximum age limit, essential qualification & experiences will be the last date of submission of online application i.e. 20 days from the issuing date of notification, upto 12:00 Noon.

• The closing date of submission of online Google form is 20 days from the issuing date of notification upto 12:00 Noon.

• The candidates must ensure that they fulfil eligibility criteria. If at any stage, it is found that the candidate has furnished any incorrect information his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcoming (s) is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services will be summarily terminated.
• The Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur reserves the right to cancel the advertisement at any point of time without prior notice or fill up a less number of posts as advertised depending upon the institutional requirements.
• These posts are to be filled purely on a contractual basis for a specified period.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Interview/Examination.
• Leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed as per the existing rules of the Institute.
• The appointee shall not be entitled to avail any allowances/facilities being extended to the regular/permanent employees of the AIIMS.
• All disputes will be subject to jurisdictions of Court of Law at Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh.
• The selected candidates are liable to be posted at AIIMS Bilaspur or at any location in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, or other regions, particularly during disasters or emergency deployments, as per institutional requirements. The position may require the candidate to perform physical tasks as part of disaster response and relief activities.
• The selected Pharmacist/Nursing Officer must register with the Himachal Pradesh Pharmacy Council / Himachal Pradesh Nursing Council after selection.

Mere fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for Written test / Interview / Skill test or to be Selected.
