Sitapur District Court Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 24 Stenographer, Senior Assistant and More Posts

The Office of the District Judge, Sitapur (Administrative Section) will re-employ retired judicial staff on 24 posts: 4 Stenographer (Aashulipik), 10 Senior Assistant/Head Assistant (Varishth Sahayak/Pradhan Sahayak) and 10 Class IV Employee (Chaturth Shreni Karmchari). Applications, with age and health certificates, must be submitted at the Administrative Office by 4:00 PM on 16 November 2026; later applications will not be considered.

About the Office of the District Judge, Sitapur

The notice is issued by the Administrative Section of the Office of the District Judge, Sitapur, over the signature of the Chairman of the Re-employment Committee, who is the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Sitapur. It follows a circular from the Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad, dated 15.10.2022, issued in continuation of an earlier circular dated 14.04.1980.

Where and How to Send

Applicants must submit the application, the age certificate and the health certificate at the Administrative Office by 4:00 PM on 16 November 2026. The notice does not print a postal address, an email address or a postal mode. The application must be in the prescribed format given on the second page of the notice.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

The three vacancy figures add up to 24. The notice does not give a category-wise break-up.

• Eligibility: retired employees of the judicial establishment, Sitapur, whose age of 65 years is not complete. The application form also has a provision for employees retired from district courts other than Sitapur (see Enclosures).
• Age: the age of 65 years must not be complete. The notice prints no age cut-off date and no age relaxation.
• Qualification: the notice does not specify the minimum educational qualification. The application form asks for the examination name, year, subject, full marks, marks obtained and percentage. Candidates should refer to the official notification for the post-wise eligibility.
• Pay: the post's last pay drawn by the applicant, minus the amount of pension, is payable as honorarium (mandey). Other allowances are given under the amended orders of the Uttar Pradesh Government.

• Last pay certificate and last pension certificate (the form asks for the last pay drawn on the last post held)
• Self-attested photocopy of the ACR of the last five years, only for employees from a district court other than Sitapur

The form also asks for the name, father's name, permanent address, mobile number, email, post last held, date of retirement, and the name and full address of the district court from which the applicant retired. The applicant signs a declaration.

• The re-employment is wholly temporary and is for up to one year, unless it is ended earlier or the post is filled by promotion or direct recruitment.
• The re-employment is valid only until the age of 65 is reached or until the post held is filled as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court, whichever is earlier.
• The number of posts to be filled may decrease or increase.
• In the declaration, the applicant states that the details are correct, that no fact has been hidden, that they are fully healthy and able to work, and that no criminal case is pending or registered against them.
• If the information is found false later, the application or appointment may be cancelled without notice and further action taken as per rules.
• The notice is to be displayed on the notice board and uploaded on the Sitapur District Court website and the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad.
