AIIMS CRE-5 Exam Date 2026 - CBT Schedule, Shift Timings and Group-Wise Dates

The Examination Section of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released the exam schedule for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-5) through Notice No. 109/2026, dated 17 July 2026. As per the notice, the Computer Based Test (CBT) for CRE-5 will be conducted from 25 July 2026 to 27 July 2026 in two shifts (Morning and Evening) across various examination centres. The CBT examination will be held across three days, with a maximum of two group-code papers held in a single shift as per the scheme of examination. Candidates who applied for more than one group post may need to appear in multiple shifts on multiple days.

AIIMS CRE-5 Group Code-Wise Post Name and Exam Date (Annexure-A)

The official notice includes a group-wise list of 59 posts along with the exam date and shift allotted to each. Candidates should match their applied group code with the table below to confirm their exam date.

Note: The short name may appear on the computer screen during the exam and on the admit card wherever applicable.

How to Download AIIMS CRE-5 Admit Card 2026

The AIIMS CRE-5 Admit Card must be downloaded online; no hard copy will be sent by post. A separate admit card will be issued for each shift.

1. Visit the official website: www.aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. Go to the Recruitment tab and log in to "My Page" using your credentials.
3. Use the direct portal link rrp.aiimsexams.ac.in if prompted.
4. Download the admit card for your respective shift and date.
5. Print TWO copies (full page, all content) for each shift you are scheduled for one copy for the exam and one to preserve for later formalities if selected.

Important Instructions for AIIMS CRE-5 CBT Exam

• A separate question paper will be set for each group; a maximum of two group papers may be held in a single shift.
• Candidates who applied for more than one group may need to appear in multiple shifts across multiple days.
• Candidates must carry the admit card of the respective shift along with a valid original ID proof to the exam centre.
• The same exam centre is allotted for common candidates (those who applied for more than one group) as far as possible; in some cases, a different centre within the same city may be allotted.
• Providing false information (such as false PWBD status, category, or qualification details) will be treated as use of unfair means and may lead to cancellation of candidature and other penal action.
• The admit card is issued provisionally without scrutiny of eligibility; candidature can be cancelled later if any discrepancy is found as per the published advertisement.
• Changes in exam centre, date, or time are not allowed under any circumstance, and no request in this regard will be entertained.
• Candidates must check their admit card carefully for the exact date, time, and reporting time of their examination.
