Eligibility Criteria
- 12th in Science plus Diploma in MLT/DMLT with 5 years’ experience in relevant subject/field.
- OR 3-year Graduate degree in Science (B.Sc.) in fields such as public health, medical social work, nursing, MLT, sociology, psychology, pharmacology, nutrition and dietetics, biochemistry, microbiology, allied health sciences, chemistry, physics, statistics, with 2 years’ relevant experience or postgraduation in these fields.

Instructions
- This is a tenure job for a fixed duration under an ICMR-funded research project; the position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- Candidates already in regular time-scale service under any Government department/organization are not eligible.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/personal discussion; candidates must arrange travel and accommodation on their own.
- Engagement does not grant any right for regular appointment in ICMR, AIIMS Madurai, or any Government department, and project service will not count for absorption or regularization.
- Benefits like PF, pension, LTC, medical claim, staff quarters, etc., applicable to regular staff are not admissible to project staff, though TA for field work may be provided as per guidelines.
- Continuation/extension of engagement depends on performance evaluation, project tenure, fund availability, functional requirement, and approval of competent authority; AIIMS Madurai can terminate the position during the contract period without assigning reasons.
- Selected candidates must be able to speak fluently in English and Tamil and bring all original documents and photocopies for verification at the time of assessment/interview.
