AIIMS Raipur Senior Resident (Non Academic) Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential qualification: A Postgraduate Medical Degree viz. MD/MS/DNB/Diploma in respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
• For School of Public Health: A postgraduate medical degree viz. MD/DNB in Community Medicine/PSM from a recognized University/Institute.
• Only those candidates who have been declared successful in their qualifying degree exam and will be completing or likely to complete their tenure on or before 28.02.2026 will be eligible.

Salary/Stipend

• Pay Band and Grade Pay: Rs. 67,700/- (Level-11, Cell No. 01 as per 7th CPC) plus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).

Age Limit (as on last date of receipt of application form)

• Upper age limit for applying to these posts is 45 years as on last date of receipt of application form.
• SC/ST candidates: Relaxation of 5 years.
• OBC candidates: Relaxation of 3 years.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) General category: Relaxation of 10 years.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) OBC category: Relaxation of 13 years.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) SC/ST category: Relaxation of 15 years.
• The upper age limit in case of Ex-servicemen and Commissioned Officers including ECOs/SSCOs/Government servants shall be relaxed by five years in addition to the above relaxations, subject to conditions mentioned in the advertisement.

Application Fee

• A non-refundable application fee is required to be paid by candidates in online/digital mode only.
• General/OBC/EWS candidates: Rs. 1,000/-.
• Women/SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen: Nil.

Selection Process

• Based on bio-data, the Search cum Selection Committee may shortlist candidates for interview or they may be asked to appear in a written examination in case of large number of applicants.
• Short-listing of candidates for interview/written test, if any, will be done on the basis of educational qualification, experience etc. and/or as per short-listing criteria decided by the Competent Authority.
• In case of large number of applications, a Screening Test may be conducted for short-listing of candidates; details regarding syllabus, scheme and method of Screening Test shall be notified on the website of AIIMS Raipur.
• The written test, if any, will be held in Raipur only at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Tatibandh, G.E. Road, Raipur (C.G.) 492099.
• Final selection will be made on the basis of Interview.

General Information/Instructions

• Age and other qualification/experience will be counted as on the date of interview.
• The above vacancies are provisional and subject to variation; reservation will be followed as per Government of India Rules.
• Candidates are required to submit the duly filled application through Google Form within the given time; only online application form will be accepted.
• Application proforma has been uploaded on AIIMS Raipur website and must be attached with the Google Form.
• Those working in Central/State Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Institution must submit a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer at the time of interview.
• Self-attested photocopies of Degrees, Certificates, Mark sheets, Age proof, Caste certificates, EWS certificate etc. must be annexed with the hard copy of the application and produced in original at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview or written test, if any.
• Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
• The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.
• The appointment shall be as per Govt. of India’s Residency Scheme and can be terminated at any time on either side by giving one month’s notice or by paying one month’s salary.
• The appointee shall be on whole time appointment of AIIMS and shall not accept any other assignment or engage in private practice during the period of contract.
• The appointee shall not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc. or any other benefits available to Government servants appointed on regular basis.
• The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
• Incomplete applications in any respect will be summarily rejected.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason.
• All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Courts at Raipur (C.G.).
• Name of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the institute website; no separate individual intimation will be sent.
• The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information, other documents and photograph; submission of any false information or suppression of facts shall lead to rejection/cancellation of selection/recruitment.
