AIIMS Rishikesh Post-Wise Eligibility & Educational Qualification
All 27 posts are open only to serving government employees eligible for deputation. Eligibility differs by post, based on parent cadre, grade pay, and years of regular service, as detailed below.
Medical Superintendent
- A medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule, or Part II of the Third Schedule, to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (candidates with Part II/Third Schedule qualifications must also satisfy Section 13(3) of the Act).
- A postgraduate qualification such as MD/MS or an equivalent recognized qualification, OR M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or an equivalent PG degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Experience: 10 years' experience in Hospital Administration after obtaining the PG degree, in a senior position, preferably in a hospital with 300 beds.
Senior Analyst (System Analyst)
Officers from Ministries/Departments of the Government of India, State Government, Union Territories, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies, holding an analogous post on regular basis, or a post with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 and above, with 5 years of regular service in that grade.
Senior Programmer (Analyst)
Officers holding an analogous post on regular basis, or with 5 years of regular service in PB-3 + GP 5400, and possessing BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc with a Diploma in Computer Application plus 10 years' experience in IT systems, networking, hardware configuration or software programming in government departments/statutory/autonomous bodies.
Senior Procurement-cum-Stores Officer
