All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Rishikesh is recruiting 2 project staff positions under a NHRP (National Health Research Program)-funded research project titled "A Phase III, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, immunogenicity and Safety of Single dose of Dengue Tetravalent Vaccine, Live Attenuated (Recombinant. Lyophilized) - DengiAll of Panacea Biotec Limited in Healthy Indian Adults". This is field-based research work involving public interaction and study participant management.

Eligibility Criteria
Position 1: Project Technical Support III - 1 Vacancy
- Essential Qualification (Choose one):
- Three years Graduation in a relevant subject/field + Three years of work experience in relevant field, OR
- Post Graduation (PG) in a relevant subject/field + relevant experience, OR
- First Class Four Years Graduate Degree + Three Years Experience in relevant field
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
- Nature of Work: Field-based project work involving public dealing/liaison at local level and follow-up with study participants
Position 2: Project Technical Support I - 1 Vacancy
- Essential Qualification: 10th Pass + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI) + Two years of work experience in relevant subject/field
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years
- Nature of Work: Field-based project work involving public dealing/liaison and follow-up with study participants
Important Requirements (Both Positions)
- Candidate must be familiar with local geographical challenges, location, weather conditions, and language of the region
- Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification
- All qualifications must be from recognized universities/institutes

Selection Process
- Method of Recruitment: Written Exam and/or Interview (both or either as decided by committee)
- Screening Test: First screening test will be conducted for eligible candidates

- Performance Indicator: Employee Performance Indicator will be applied to candidates
- Final Decision: Decision of Recruitment Committee will be final and binding

Salary/Remuneration
- Project Technical Support III: ₹28,000/- per month + 10% HRA (₹2,800) = ₹30,800/- total
- Project Technical Support I: ₹18,000/- per month + 10% HRA (₹1,800) = ₹19,800/- total
- Nature of Payment: Consolidated salary (no separate components)
- Benefits: No other allowances, facilities, or benefits beyond consolidated salary
- Payment Schedule: Salary will be paid monthly
Terms & Conditions
- Nature of Employment: Purely contractual basis - NOT permanent employment
- Contract Duration: Initial contract for 6 months (till 31st August 2026) or completion of project, whichever is earlier
- No Regular Post Rights: NO claim for any regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh or ICMR
- Joining Period: Selected candidates must join within 5 days of declaration of results
- Performance-Based Termination: If performance is not satisfactory by Principal Investigator/Nodal Officer, appointment can be terminated at any time without notice or compensation
- Notice Period for Resignation: One-month prior notice required for resignation. If notice period is less than 1 month, amount equal to 1 month salary must be deposited for relieving certificate
- Selection Procedure: Follows ICMR recruitment guidelines (Letter No. 16/29/2023-Admn, dated 01.08.2023)
- Travel Allowance: NO TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
- No Relaxation: No other allowances/facilities beyond consolidated salary
- Field Work Requirement: This is field-based project work - frequent travel and local interaction required
