Important Conditions of Selection
- Success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied, after due enquiry, that the candidate is suitable in character, antecedents, and all other respects.
- The candidate must be found physically fit for the post.
- The candidate must produce original certificates as required by the appointing authority as per the applicable Rules/Notification.
- Despite due care in preparing the result, the Commission reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent or technical error later.
- This selection is subject to the outcome of W.P. No. 7098/2025, W.P. No. 24759/2026, and W.P. No. 24742/2026, and any other pending cases before the Hon'ble Courts, as applicable.
- If a candidate is later found to have furnished false information, or if the selection is found irregular due to any act of omission or commission by the candidate, the provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage, with forfeiture of all consequential benefits. The Commission reserves the right to take any further action as it deems fit under the enabling provisions of Notification No.14/2023.
