APSC Home Guard Exam Pattern and Timing
The exam for the Class-I (Junior Grade) Home Guards post consists of two papers conducted on the same day. Paper-I is an OMR-based Screening Test, and Paper-II is a conventional-type Written Test. Details of the subjects and timings are given below:

The Commission has clarified that no intimation letter will be sent separately by post to eligible candidates. Candidates must download their own e-Admission Certificate from the official website. The general process is as follows:
- Visit the official APSC website, www.apsc.nic.in.
- Check the list of eligible candidates uploaded on 23rd September 2026.
- Look for the e-Admission Certificate download link, which will be uploaded on 28th September 2026.
- Download and print the e-Admission Certificate for the Screening Test and Written Test.
Important Instructions for Candidates
