Documents Required for APSC Research Assistant Interview (Originals)
Candidates must bring the following testimonials in original, along with self-attested photocopies arranged in chronological order, for verification and scrutiny on the day of the interview.
- H.S.L.C. / H.S. Admit Card / Mark Sheet / Pass Certificate as proof of age.
- H.S.L.C. Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate.
- H.S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate.
- Degree Mark Sheet (all semesters) and Pass Certificate.
- CGPA Conversion Formula of the respective institute/university.
- Valid Permanent Resident Certificate / Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
- State Government employees of Assam must submit a No Objection Certificate from their respective employer, or a Permanent Resident Certificate / Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as domicile proof.
- Caste / Updated PwBD Certificate / Ex-Servicemen Card (if applicable).
- BPL card reflecting the candidate's name (if applicable, for BPL candidates).
- Declaration Form A (may be downloaded from the APSC website).
- An affidavit addressing and affirming the correct details, if documents have inconsistencies in name, father's name etc. (if applicable).
- Any other documents that may be relevant as per the advertisement.
