Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed SSC (10th Standard)
• Candidates must have completed ITI Course in relevant trade
• ITI must be from Government or Private ITI College
• NCVT Certificate is mandatory
• Candidates can apply for trades matching their ITI qualification (Ex: Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Turner, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, etc.)

Important Points

• Only candidates who have completed ITI from Government or Private ITI Colleges are eligible
• Profile must be updated with Aadhaar card e-KYC verification
• Aadhaar Card details must match with SSC (10th) Certificate details
• Name, Date of Birth, Father/Mother Name should match in all certificates
• Apply for the trade in which you have completed ITI

Salary/Stipend

• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 9,000/- Per Month
• Stipend will be paid as per Apprenticeship Act guidelines

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the following criteria:

• Document Verification
• Educational Qualification verification (SSC, ITI Marks List, NCVT Certificate)

• Profile completeness on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
• Eligibility as per trade applied
• Merit list will be prepared based on qualifications and category
• Final selection subject to approval from APSRTC

Note: After online registration on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in, candidates must update their profile and apply for APSRTC establishments. Further details regarding document verification and selection will be published on APSRTC website www.apsrtc.gov.in at 10:00 AM on specified dates.

How to Apply

Candidates must register and apply online through www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in website only. Applications will be accepted from 15.11.2025 to 30.11.2025.

Step-by-Step Application Process: CANDIDATE REGISTRATION & PROFILE UPDATE

Step 1: Open the Website

• Visit www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in

Step 2: Register as Candidate

• On Home page, Right side Corner, click on Login/Register
• Select Candidate option
• Registration Form will open

Step 3: Fill Registration Form

• Enter your NAME
• Enter Family Name
• Enter Contact number
• Enter e-mail ID
• Create Password
• Fill other required details
• Click Submit

Step 4: Get Registration Number

• After submission, you will get Registration No. (Example: A0320541687)
• Note down this Registration Number carefully

Step 5: Activate Your Account

• Check your registered email
• You will receive an Activation link
• Click on the link to open Login page

Step 6: Login to Your Account

• Enter Email ID
• Enter Password
• Tick the box
• Enter Captcha code and verify
• Click Login

Step 7: Enter OTP

• OTP will be sent to your registered email
• Enter the OTP
• Click SUBMIT and page will open

Step 8: Complete Aadhaar e-KYC

• In Candidates Profile section, complete Aadhaar card e-KYC
• Aadhaar Card details must match with SSC (10th) Certificates
• Verify: Candidate Name, Date of Birth, Father Name, Mother Name etc.
• This step is mandatory

Step 9: Update Your Profile

• Click on Profile Update
• Go to Documents Upload section
• Upload all required documents

Step 10: Upload Educational Qualification Documents

• Select Education Qualification option
• Upload SSC Certificate
• Upload ITI Marks list
• Upload NCVT Certificate
• If you have multiple certificates, merge all certificates and then upload
• Click Save/Submit

Step 11: Search for APSRTC Apprentice Opportunities

• After Profile Update, go to Apprentice Opportunities section
• Click on Options menu

Step 12: Select Your Trade and Location

• Select Course Type: Designated
• Select Course Trade: Ex. Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Turner, Mechanic Motor Vehicle etc.
• Search Locations: Andhra Pradesh
• Search by Establishment Name: APSRTC

Step 13: Apply for APSRTC Establishments

Select the APSRTC establishment for your district and apply online:

• After selecting your preferred establishment and trade, click APPLY
