Eligibility Criteria
- Pharmacist - Urban: Posses a degree in pharmacy or a diploma in pharmacy of a recognized university or a equivalent educational qualification and must have registered his/her name with the Gujaratpharmacy council.
- Midwifery (NPM) - Urban: A degree of Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) from the institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council
- Staff Nurse - Urban: The candidate should have passed B.Sc. (Nursing) from an Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council. GNC registration is required. OR The candidate should have passed a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery obtain from an institution recognized by INC Gujarat Nursing Council registration is required. Should possess the basic computer course certificate.
- P.H.N. (Public Health Nurse): Retired PHN/FHS/MPW/FHW or having at least 3 years of experience in Government Health Department.
- S.I. (Sanitary Inspector): The candidate should have passed training course for sanitary inspector recognized by the Government or passed the Health Workers basic training course recognized by the Government
- Pharmacist: Posses a degree in pharmacy or a diploma in pharmacy of a recognized university or a equivalent educational qualification and must have registered his/her name with the Gujarat pharmacy council.
- Lab Technician: Possess the degree of B.Sc. with chemistry or microbiology as principal subject or M.Sc. with organic chemistry or microbiology.
- Physician (M.B.B.S)(M.O): M.B.B.S. preferably experience in public health. He/She must have registered his/her name with the Gujarat medical council.
- MPHW: The candidate should have passed std 12th + One year training of MPHW basic course or std 12th+ Sanitary Inspector certificate course recognized by the government. Should possess the basic computer course certificate.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age limit: 62 Years
- Retired individuals with above: 58 years
- Maximum Age limit for Midwifery (NPM): 40 Years
- Maximum Age limit for MPHW: 45 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
