Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna and India’s premier professional electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released the official notification for BEL Navi Mumbai Apprentice Recruitment 2026, inviting applications for Graduate, Diploma and ITI Apprentices for one-year Apprenticeship Training.
BEL Navi Mumbai unit is engaging apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) and National Apprentice Promotion Scheme (NAPS) through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). Interested and eligible candidates can apply by registering themselves on the NATS/NAPS portals and sending the application format to the BEL Navi Mumbai HR email ID as per the schedule.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Graduate Apprentices candidates in the discipline (Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical engineering) should have passed 4-years B.E/B.TECH in the above mentioned branches recognized by AICTE or GOI on or after 01-07.2021.
- Graduate Apprentices candidates in the discipline (B.SC, B.COM, BA) should have passed 3-years in the above mentioned recognized by AICTE OR GOI on or after 01-07.2021.
- Diploma candidates should have passed their Diploma in the above mentioned branches recognized by AICTE or GOI approved institutes on or after 01-07.2021.
- ITI Candidates should posses a certificate of completion in the above issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council Vocational Training.
Salary & Pay Scale (Stipend)

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility and registration on NATS/NAPS portals.
- Written Test conducted by BEL, Navi Mumbai.
- Minimum qualifying marks in written test: 35% for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
- Statutory reservation will be applicable as per Government norms.
- Shortlisted and selected candidates will be informed through email and list will be published on BEL website.
How to Apply
- Step 1 – NATS/NAPS Registration:
Graduate and Diploma Apprentices must register on the NATS 2.0 portal at https://nats.education.gov.in, while ITI Apprentices must register on the NAPS portal at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. - Step 2 – Complete Profile:
Fill all required details, upload photo, signature, educational documents and bank details, and ensure Aadhaar authentication (for NAPS). - Step 3 – Fill BEL Application Format:
Download/fill the application form format given in the notification (containing personal details, qualification, category, NATS/NAPS Registration No., etc.). - Step 4 – Send Application by Email:
Send the duly filled application format to [email protected] on or before 27.02.2026 with all required details. - Step 5 – Attend Walk-in:
Appear for the Walk-in Selection at the BEL Navi Mumbai venue on the scheduled date and time, carrying all original documents and one set of photocopies.

Important Notes
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for these apprentice positions.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS or NAPS in any establishment are not eligible.
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process and no accommodation will be provided.
- Candidates must bring original certificates (SSLC/10th, 12th, Degree/Diploma/ITI, mark sheets, caste, EWS, PwBD, Aadhaar, PAN, NATS/NAPS registration, etc.) along with one set of photocopies at the time of joining/verification.
- During apprenticeship, candidates will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 and BEL rules.
