Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must possess full time BE/B.Tech degree from an AICTE approved college/Institute or a recognized University.
- For Electronics Engineer: BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Industrial Electronics/E&TC from a UGC recognized University/Institution.
- For Mechanical Engineer: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical from a UGC recognized University/Institution.
- For Laboratory Engineer: BE / B.TECH (Mechanical) / Material Science
- For Process Engineer: BE / B.TECH (Mechanical)
- Candidates should have 55% and above for General/EWS/OBC categories and pass class for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Candidates must attach Final Degree Certificate indicating completion of degree, class and percentage of marks.
- If specialization is not mentioned in the degree, a certificate from University/Institution/College indicating specialization in qualifying degree must be submitted.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have not completed BE/B.Tech need not apply.
Age Limit (as on 01-11-2025)
- Upper age limit for General candidates: 30 years.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
- Persons with Disability (PwD) having minimum 40% disability will get 5 years relaxation in addition to applicable SC/ST/OBC relaxation.
- HSC/SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card or any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.
Selection Process
- Selection will be through a Written Test followed by Interview.
- Written Test will be conducted at PIMPRI-CHINCHWAD/PUNE.
- Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before appearing for the Written Test.
- After Written Test, only shortlisted candidates satisfying eligibility criteria will be called for Interview as per merit list and applicable reservation.
- Venue details for Written Test/Interview will be intimated through valid e-mail ID entered in the application form.
- Names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test/Interview and final selection will be notified on the Company’s website.
- Necessary scrutiny with respect to eligibility criteria will be carried out before the Written Test.
How To Apply
- Candidates must download the application format from www.belop-india.in or www.bel-india.in.
- Duly fill the application form in the specified format and attach all required self-attested documents.
- Paste a recent passport size photograph on the application.
- Attach self-attested copies of Date of Birth proof, degree certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), Non-Creamy Layer certificate for OBC (if applicable), Disability certificate for PwD (if applicable), No Objection Certificate from present employer (if applicable), and valid identity proof.
- Superscribe on the envelope the name of the post applied for.
- Send the filled application form through post/courier to: Manager - HR, BEL Optronic Devices Limited, EL-30, ’J’ Block, Bhosari Industrial Area, Pune - 411 026.
- Application must reach the above address on or before 20.12.2025.

Instructions
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending Written Test/Interview.
- Candidates who have applied in the past need not apply.
- Candidates belonging to reserved categories must submit authentic caste certificates issued by appropriate government authority.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit certificate issued on or after 01.10.2024 in prescribed format by Competent Authority; income certificate will not be accepted as Non-Creamy Layer certificate.
- Applications in specified format with all relevant enclosures only will be accepted.
- Candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage if eligibility criteria are not met or if any information/qualification/experience details are found to be false, misleading, unrecognized or suppressed.
- Use of mobile phones, iPad, tablets, calculators or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited inside the examination hall; such usage will lead to disqualification.
- Management reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify/alter the recruitment/selection process or extend contract tenure up to a maximum of three years based on performance.
- All communications will be done through e-mail; candidates must have a valid e-mail ID and changes in mobile number or e-mail ID will not be entertained.
- Admit card for written test/call for interview will not be sent by post.
- BELOP reserves the right to debar/disqualify any candidate at any stage of the selection process.

- Initial engagement is for 1 year from date of joining, extendable up to a maximum tenure of 3 years based on project requirement and individual performance.
