1. Chief General Manager – Futuristic Product Innovation and Incubation Centre
- Position code: 101
- Qualification: First-class full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, along with ME, M.Tech or MS in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics subjects.
- Desirable qualification: Master's degree in Design or PhD in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience: At least 21 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of 10 years in research and development.
- Relevant areas: Defence platforms, rail technology, mining equipment, autonomous systems, UAVs, UGVs, AI, robotics, sensors, power systems and rapid prototyping.
2. Chief General Manager – Rolling Stock Manufacturing
- Position code: 102
- Qualification: First-class full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 21 years of post-qualification experience in an engineering organisation, including at least 10 years in rolling-stock manufacturing.
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree or diploma in Engineering or Management and certification in Project Management.
3. General Manager – Metro Business Development

- Qualification: First-class full-time Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Transportation Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 19 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years in business development and marketing of large infrastructure projects in the rolling-stock or metro sector.
- Desirable: MBA in Marketing and knowledge of public procurement, tenders, EPC, BOT, PPP and the GeM portal.
4. Deputy General Manager – Engine Design

- Experience: Minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience, including at least eight years in engine design and development.

8. Assistant Manager – R&D, Air Supply and Brake System

10. Engineer – Rolling Stock–Crash Simulation

- Qualification: First-class full-time degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum two years of post-qualification experience in railway rolling-stock crashworthiness and crash-energy management.
- Desirable: ME or M.Tech in a relevant area.
- Relevant skills: Crash simulation, FEA, HyperMesh, HyperWorks, OptiStruct, Radioss, LS-DYNA, CATIA V5 and railway safety standards.
Qualification Requirements
- The prescribed qualification must be obtained through a full-time course from a recognised university or institution.
- First class means at least 60% aggregate marks.
- The minimum-mark requirement is relaxed by 5% for SC, ST and PwD candidates.
- Candidates whose results are expressed as CGPA or grades must provide the applicable conversion formula or certificate.
- Engineering graduates from allied branches of Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering may apply if they possess the prescribed post-qualification experience.
- An applicant can apply for only one position.

BEML may consider relaxation based on excess relevant post-qualification experience. However, the candidate's age after all applicable relaxations must not exceed 57 years.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive basic pay in the applicable BEML pay scale. The initial basic pay will normally be fixed at the minimum of the scale, although higher starting pay may be considered in suitable cases.
Employees may also receive variable dearness allowance, performance-related pay, provident fund, gratuity, company accommodation or house rent allowance and perks or allowances under BEML rules. Cafeteria benefits are currently stated as 15.12% of basic pay.

Selection Process
