Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (BNPMIPL), a Joint Venture between Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL – a wholly owned PSU of Government of India under Ministry of Finance) and Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL – a wholly owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India), has released the BNPM Assistant Manager Recruitment 2026 notification for 06 posts vide Employment Notification No. 02/2026 dated 06.03.2026. BNPMIPL is engaged in the production of bank note papers with a capacity of 12,000 TPA at its plant in Mysuru, Karnataka.
Vacancies are notified for three posts — Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts), Assistant Manager (Materials Management) and Assistant Manager (Civil) — open to eligible Indian citizens. The maximum age limit is 32 years as on 11.04.2026. Freshers are also eligible as experience is not essential for any post. Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 8 (equivalent to Central Government Pay) with a minimum basic pay of ₹52,000/- per month. In addition to basic pay, the following allowances and benefits are admissible as per company rules.

BNPM Assistant Manager Selection Process 2026
Selection for all Assistant Manager posts will be based on performance in an Offline/Online Test (Objective type, multiple choice) followed by a Personal Interview. All tests will be conducted in English language only. Exam centres will be at Bangalore and/or Mysuru. Candidates have to appear at their own cost. The structure of the written test for each post is as follows.

Fee must be paid by Demand Draft (validity 3 months) issued by a Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of "BNPM Recruitment Account" payable at Mysuru. Payment in any other manner will not be accepted.
Important Instructions
- Applications must be submitted offline only in the prescribed format available on www.bnpmindia.com, printed on one side of A4-size paper. No other mode of application (online, email etc.) will be accepted.
- The completed application along with DD, self-certified copies of all testimonials/certificates and a self-certified recent passport size photograph must be sent by Ordinary/Speed Post only to reach the Chief General Manager (F&A), BNPMIPL, Paper Mill Compound, Note Mudran Nagar, Mysuru – 570003 on or before 11.04.2026 by 17:00 hrs.
- The envelope must be superscribed as: "Application for the Post of AM (………………….) – Ref: Advt. No. 02/2026 dtd. 06.03.2026".
- Candidates applying for allied or equivalent disciplines/branches other than specifically mentioned in the notification need not apply and their applications will be rejected.
- If grades (CGPA/DGPA/OGPA/SGPA etc.) are awarded instead of marks, candidates must indicate the numerical equivalent (up to two decimal points) and submit documentary proof from the university/institute stating the corresponding percentage, both with the application and at the time of document verification. In the absence of such information, the candidature is liable for rejection.
- Percentage of marks must be calculated as the aggregate of all semesters/trimesters/years taken together. Mark statements for all semesters/years must be enclosed with the application.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit a valid OBC certificate as per the Government of India format, not older than one year as on 11.04.2026, from the Competent Authority at the time of document verification. OBC candidates belonging to the Creamy Layer must apply under the UR/General category.
- Candidates seeking relaxation in fee or age must produce the requisite certificates in original in support of their claim at the time of verification.
- Applications received without the requisite application fee, in an incorrect format, incomplete or after the closing date will be summarily rejected.
- Admission to the Online/Offline test is purely provisional. Each applicant must ensure that they fulfil all eligibility criteria. If ineligibility is detected at any stage — even after appointment — candidature will be cancelled and services terminated without notice or compensation.
- Candidates serving in Government/Public Sector Undertakings must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of document verification. Persons dismissed from the service of any organisation need not apply.
- Outstation candidates called for Interview will be reimbursed III A/C class (Mail/Express) railway fare (to and fro) by the shortest route on production of railway receipt/ticket as per company rules.
