- Visit the official BPSSC website: bpssc.bihar.gov.in.
- Go to the "Home Guard" tab and click on the link for the e-Admit Card for the post of Havildar Instructor (General) in Bihar Home Guard.
- You will be redirected to the admit card download/login page.
- Enter your Registration Number/Mobile Number and Date of Birth/Password.
- Enter the Captcha Code shown on screen.
- Click the Submit/Login button.
