Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification
  • Training Worker / Cleaning Staff: 8th Class Pass. Must have proficiency in Malayalam/English.
  • Training Guard / Lifeguard: 10th Class Pass. Life Saving Training Certificate or Swimming Training Certificate.
  • Assistant: Specific qualifications as mentioned in notification.
• Experience
  • Previous experience in similar roles preferred where mentioned.
  • Physically fit candidates required for guard roles.

Salary/ Stipend

• Training Worker / Cleaning Staff: ₹18,000/- per month
• Training Guard / Lifeguard: ₹20,000/- per month
• Assistant: ₹22,240/- per month

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• Maximum 45 years for most posts
• Maximum 58 years for certain posts
