Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must hold a Master's degree in life sciences such as Zoology, Botany, Forestry, Environmental Science, Ecology, or similar fields from a recognized Indian university and be a citizen of India. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and previous accreditation with QCI as FAE (EB) are considered advantageous. Applicants need a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in Ecology & Biodiversity, with at least 3 years specifically in EIA-related work.
Salary/Stipend
Consultants will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹ 60,000/- based on attendance and performance. Additional allowances include ₹ 3,000/- per month for conveyance, ₹ 9,600/- per month for accommodation, and reimbursement for mobile bills up to ₹ 399/- per month. TA/DA for official tours will follow the entitlement rules for existing E3 grade executives of CIL.

General Information/Instructions

Selected candidates must provide a Statement of Good Health before joining. The contract can be terminated by either party with one month's notice or payment in lieu thereof.
