Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- For Headmistress (Female): Graduate with Nursery training diploma from a recognized Training Institution. (First preference) JBT/Trained Graduates / Trained post graduates. (Second preference) Five years teaching experience in pre-primary/primary School.
- For Teacher (Female): Graduate with Nursery training diploma from a recognized Training Institution. (First preference) JBT/Trained Graduates / Trained post graduates. (Second preference).
- For Ayah (Female): Passed class V or experienced Ayah will be given preference.
- Essential qualifications: Graduate with Nursery training diploma from a recognized Training Institution / JBT/Trained Graduates / Trained post graduates / Passed class V or experienced Ayah.
- Experience: For Headmistress: Five years teaching experience in pre-primary/primary School.
Salary/Stipend
- Headmistress (Female): Rs. 15,000/- P.M.
- Teacher (Female): Rs. 12,000/- P.M.
- Ayah (Female): Rs. 10,000/- P.M.
Age Limit
- Headmistress (Female): 25-45
- Teacher (Female): 21-40
- Ayah (Female): 18-45

General Information/Instructions
- Group Centre CRPF, Siliguri intends to appoint following posts for Montessori School (Academic Year 2026-27) on purely temporary contractual basis.
- Appointment of Headmistress, Teacher and Ayah are purely on temporary contractual basis for the initial period of 11 months only and thereafter their services will be terminated. They will have no claim whatsoever for regularization of their service.
- Only female candidate will be considered.
- Headmistress, Teacher and Ayah shall avail 10 days Casual leave in a year besides the declared Gazetted Holidays as admissible.
- No TA/DA, boarding and lodging charges will be provided to the candidates by this Group Centre.
