Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualifications: BTech/BE Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/Automobile Engineering/Materials Engineering/Production Engineering or equivalent with NET/GATE qualification. In case of non-availability of NET/GATE qualified candidates, candidates without NET/GATE qualification will be preferred and the emoluments will be 25000/- plus HRA as per rules.
- Desirable: Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CFD, 3D printing, Assembly making.
Salary/ Stipend
- Stipend per month: 31000 (for NET/GATE qualified candidates)
- 25000/- plus HRA (for non-NET/GATE candidates, if applicable)

- Position required to be filled for a period of 6 months.
- The project is India's first indigenous Deep Sea Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (DAUV) development, marking a major milestone in the nation's ocean exploration capabilities.
- Aims to design, develop, and deploy a highly capable deep-sea AUV for extreme depths, scientific exploration, resource mapping, and environmental monitoring.
- Involves advanced technologies in underwater robotics, autonomous navigation, and intelligent sensor systems.
- Selected candidate will be involved in high-end research and development in underwater vehicle design, guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems, mathematical modeling, hydrodynamics simulation, vehicle dynamics, and control behavior under varying environmental conditions.
