• If the University finds during the engagement that academic credentials, age or experience are without standing, fake or substandard, or that documents are false, fabricated, manufactured or tampered with, the engagement will be ended at once. The same applies if the candidate is found ineligible under the prescribed educational qualifications and experience. Action will also be taken against the candidate as per rules.
• Any dispute, suit or legal proceeding against the University falls only under the jurisdiction of the Rajasthan High Court Bench Jaipur.
