Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- Same qualifications as prescribed for appointment of regular Assistant Professor in colleges of University of Delhi.
- Qualifications as per UGC (University Grants Commission) regulations.
- Candidates must fulfill eligibility criteria notified by University of Delhi.
- Minimum 55 API (Academic Performance Index) score required.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit of 70 years (applicable for retired teachers seeking appointment as Guest Faculty).
Salary
Remuneration will be as per University Grants Commission (UGC) norms for Guest Faculty positions.
Eligibility Conditions
- Guest Faculty candidates should not hold any other teaching assignment.
- Permanent faculty from other colleges can be considered if they submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) and Workload Certificate from their respective institution as per University of Delhi rules.
- Retired teachers may also be considered for appointment (subject to maximum age limit of 70 years).
