The Directorate of Higher Education Haryana (DHE Haryana) has opened the centralized online admission portal for Undergraduate (UG) courses for the academic session 2026-27. Online registration and application process is active from 07 May 2026 to 31 May 2026. This is a completely online and centralized admission process for admission in BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA and other UG programmes in government and private colleges of Haryana.

What is DHE Haryana UG Admission?
DHE Haryana conducts centralized online admissions for all UG programmes in the state. The process is merit-based and follows NEP 2020 guidelines. It covers admissions to Government Colleges, Government Aided Colleges, and Self-Financing Colleges across Haryana.

Phase I: 1st Merit List (1st Round of Counselling Tentative)
Phase II: 2nd Merit List (2nd Round of Counselling Tentative)
Phase III: Physical Counselling (3rd Round of Counselling Tentative)

Step-by-Step Online Admission Process
- Step 1 - Online Registration: OTP based Registration
- Step 2 - Application Form: Filling up of Personal Details, Education Details, weightage, Document Upload, College and Course Preferences.
- Step 3 - Online Verification: College verify the application form and documents of the candidates.
- Step 4 - Merit List & Seat Allocation: Rank generation on the basis of Qualification Marks + Weightage.
- Step 5 - Fee Payment: Candidates whose name appears in the Merit List, can pay the fee in online or offline mode within the scheduled time period.
- Step 6 - Admission Confirmation: After Payment, download the Fee Receipt from the portal and your admission gets confirmed.
