Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- Community Health Officer (Nursing): B.Sc Nursing with Integrated BPCCHN included in B.Sc Nursing (passed in 2021 or later) from an institute recognized by West Bengal Nursing Council; or GNM/Post Basic B.Sc/B.Sc Nursing before 2021 from WBNC-recognized institute, with WBNC registration/provisional registration and proficiency in Bengali/local language and dialect.
- Community Health Officer (BAMS): BAMS from a recognized Institute/University with registration/provisional registration from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parishad and proficiency in Bengali/local language and dialect.
- Block Accounts Manager (BAM): B.Com (Hons.) / B.Com (Pass).
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists, FRU: MBBS degree from MCI recognized Institute with Post Graduate degree/DNB/Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics and registration under West Bengal Medical Council.
- Pediatrician, RBSK-DEIC: MBBS degree from MCI recognized Institute with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in Paediatric Medicine and registration under West Bengal Medical Council.
- Medical Officer, NUHM: MBBS from MCI recognized Institute with 1 year compulsory internship, registration under West Bengal Medical Council and basic knowledge of computer, MS Office and Internet.
- Medical Officer (Specialist – Medicine/Paediatrics/G & O/Ophthalmologist): MBBS degree from MCI recognized institute with relevant PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in respective speciality and registration under West Bengal Medical Council.
2. Age Limit
- Community Health Officer (Nursing/BAMS): Up to 40 years as on 01/04/2025.
- Block Accounts Manager (BAM): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2025.
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Pediatrician, Medical Officer NUHM, Specialist MOs: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 67 years as on 01/01/2025.
- Age Relaxation: Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates and persons with disabilities as per Government norms.
3. Nationality
Candidates must fulfill conditions as specified in the notification and produce valid certificates issued by competent authorities of West Bengal where applicable.
Application Fee
- Unreserved Candidates: Rs. 100/- (online mode, non-refundable).
- Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 50/- (online mode, non-refundable).
- Payment Mode: Online only.
Salary/Stipend
- Community Health Officer (Nursing/BAMS): Consolidated remuneration Rs. 20,000/- per month plus maximum incentive of Rs. 5,000/- per month as PLI based on approved parameters; stipend Rs. 10,000/- per month during training where applicable.
- Block Accounts Manager (BAM): Rs. 26,000/- per month (consolidated).
- Obstetricians and Gynecologists, FRU: Rs. 70,000/- per month for MBBS with PG Degree and Rs. 65,000/- per month for MBBS with PG Diploma.
- Pediatrician, RBSK-DEIC: Rs. 70,000/- per month for MBBS with PG Degree and Rs. 65,000/- per month for MBBS with PG Diploma.
- Medical Officer, NUHM: Rs. 60,000/- per month.
- Medical Officer (Specialist – Medicine/Paediatrics/G & O/Ophthalmologist): Rs. 3,000/- per day (thrice a week on part-time basis).
Selection Process
- Community Health Officer (Nursing/BAMS): Merit list based on Written Test (85%) and Interview (15%); posting after online counselling.
- Block Accounts Manager (BAM): Final selection based on educational qualification (90 marks) and Interview (10 marks) as per Annexure.
- Specialist Posts & Medical Officer NUHM: Scoring based on percentage of marks obtained in final examination (80 marks), PG Degree/Diploma weightage (10/05 marks) and Experience (10 marks) as per departmental memo.
- Only shortlisted candidates based on qualification and experience will be called for Written Test/Computer Test/Interview; no TA/DA will be paid.

- No rounding off of marks will be allowed; proportionate marking up to two decimal points will be considered and marks of additional subjects will be excluded.
