Eligibility Criteria
- Staff Nurse: Completed B.Sc. Nursing Course or Completed GNM training course from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council. Must be registered under West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in local language. Candidates must be a resident of West Bengal.
- Community Health Assistant (Urban): Candidate must have passed ANM course from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate must be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidate should be proficient in Bengali. Candidate should be permanent resident of Birbhum district. OR Candidate must have passed GNM course from an Institute recognised by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate must be registered with the West Bengal Nursing Council. Candidate should be proficient in Bengali. Candidate should be permanent resident of Birbhum district.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxation will be given for the reserved candidates as per govt. norms

- 1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal
- 2. Age relaxation will be given for the reserved candidates as per govt. norms
- 3. The applicant must have knowledge of local language.
- 4. Only online applications will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete application forms are liable to be cancelled. If the online application details submitted by the applicant differs with the original testimonials, that application shall be treated as cancelled.
- 5. If proper full signature and photograph are not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also be treated as cancelled.
- 6. The essential qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidate to claim selection. All the essential qualification must be obtained on or before the publication of advertisement.
- 7. Experience will be calculated after obtaining the required academic qualification for the above mentioned position, till the last date of online application.
- 8. Caste Certificate issued on or before the last date of online application by the competent authorities of West Bengal only will be accepted.
- 9. Hard copy/Print copy of the online registration form may be downloaded from the link https://hr.wbhealth.gov.in/ and should be retained by all the applicants for document verification purpose. Without registration form, candidates will not be entertained for original testimonials verification by the authority. No need to send hard copy/print copy of the online registration form by post.
- 10. Online Registration No. should be retained by all applicants for future reference. Employer is not liable to give any information regarding the online Registration No. in future.
- 11. During preparation of score-sheet, marks will be calculated after rounding off up to 2 decimal points.
- 12. Application fee (non refundable) i) For General Caste - Rs.100/- ii) For Reserved Category - Rs.50/- . The online deposition of application fees can only be done through net banking/ UPI payment or credit/debit card system through an online interface. After registration, payment is to be done using application ID & Date of Birth. After successful payment, candidates need to re-login for final submission of application. During the registration/application process Pop-up is to be accepted. please do not deposit fee more than one time.
- 13. The candidates, if found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, will not be called for the subsequent stages of the selection process.
- 14. The decision of the competent authorities regarding the recruitment is final.
- 15. The competent authorities may cancel the recruitment process at any stage of the selection process.
