Eligibility Criteria
- Medical Officer: MBBS Degree at the institutionrecognized by the MCI
- Staff Nurses: Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery(GNM) / Bachelor Degree in Nursingfrom any of the institution
- Finance cum Logistic Consultant: Inter CA / Inter ICWA / M.Com or MBA (Finance Management withknowledge of computer &Typewriting in English (Lower &Higher) and Typewriting in Telugu(Computer based).
- Lab-Technician Gr-II: One year Lab-Technician course after Intermediate (or) 2 years Lab-Technician course after SSC (or) B.Sc with Medical Lab Technology asone of the optional subject (or) B.Sc. Degree with BZC / Life Sciencein 1st class with P.G. Diploma in MLTissued by NIMS / SVIMS (or)P.G. Diploma in Clinical Bio-Chemistrycourse of the university recognized byUGC (or)Diploma in Transfusion Medical Technology course certified by NIMS, Hyderabad
- Physiotherapist (Multi Rehabilitation Worker): Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapyfrom any recognized university withregistration at A.P. Para Medical Board (or) Rehabilitation Council of India.

Age Limit
- Maximum Age limit: 42 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Hence, applications are invited from the qualified candidates for the above said posts, fromthose candidates, who have not crossed the age of ‘42’ years. Age relaxation for upper age limit tothose candidates belongs to SC/ST/BC are ‘5’ years and ‘3’ years for Ex-Service Men / Women and 10years for Physically Handicapped Persons up to a maximum for 52 years. The maximum age shall bereckoned as on 30/09/2025.

Application Fee
An amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) shall be paid towards application fee throughdemand draft in favor of District Medical & Health Officer, Chittoor from any nationalized banks.
Selection Process
- Applicants will be selected based on 100 points of which:
- Maximum of 75% will be awarded for percentage of marks obtained in qualifying exam.
- CGPA or Grade Points into percentage of marks the weightage for academic shall becalculated for the 75 points in terms of Govt., Circular Memo.No.01/HM&FW/2022, HM&FW Dept., Dated: 06.09.2022.
- Note : If any applicant not submit MBBS Marks Memo their Marks will be read as Zero andtreated as “NOT ELIGIBLE

An amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) shall be paid towards application fee throughdemand draft in favor of District Medical & Health Officer, Chittoor from any nationalized banks.
The filled in application along with all its enclosures as prescribed in the table above, the candidatein person shall submit directly at O/O the District Medical & Health Officer, Chittoor on or before thelast date i.e. on 22.10.2025 by 05-00 PM sharply.
