- Qualification: Varies by post (detailed below from the notification tables).
- Medical Officer (DTC): Essential - MBBS or equivalent from MCI recognized institute + compulsory rotatory internship. Preferential - Diploma/MD in Public Health/PSM/Community Medicine/CHA/Tuberculosis and chest Diseases, 1 year NTEP experience, basic computer knowledge.
- DOTS Plus TB-HIV Supervisor: Essential - Graduate in any discipline + certificate course in computer operation (min 2 months) + permanent two-wheeler driving license. Preferential - 2 years NTEP or 5 years public health supervisory experience, good local language communication, willingness to travel.
- Accountant (Full Time): Essential - Graduate in commerce + 2 years experience in double entry accounts in recognized society/institution + 2 years experience with accounting software. Preferential - Familiarity with audit, MBA/PGD in Financial Management.
- PPM Co-ordinator: Essential - Post Graduate + 1 year experience in communication/ACSM/Public Private Partnership/Health project + permanent two-wheeler driving license. Preferential - Experience in NTEP, certificate/diploma/degree/master in social sciences/mass media/communications/rural development/advocacy/partnerships, basic computer knowledge.
- TBHV - NGO/PP (DTC): Essential - Graduate in science OR Intermediate (10+2) in science with experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker or certificate/higher course in Health Education/Counseling OR Tuberculosis health visitor's course + certificate course in computer operations (min 2 months). Preferential - Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector's course.
- Lab Technician: Essential - Intermediate (10+2) + Diploma/certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. Preferential - 1 year experience in NTEP or sputum smear microscopy.
- Senior Treatment Lab Supervisor (STLS): Essential - Graduate or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from Govt. recognized institution + permanent two-wheeler driving license + certificate course in computer operations (min 2 months). Preferential - 1 year experience in NTEP.
- Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): Essential - Bachelor's Degree or Recognized Sanitary Inspectors Course + Certificate Course in Computer operation (min 02 months) + permanent two-wheeler driving license. Preferential - Tuberculosis health visitor's course, Govt. recognized Degree/Diploma in social work or Medical social work, successful completion of basic training course for Multi-purpose health worker.
Salary/ Stipend
- Consolidated pay ranges from Rs.18233/- to Rs.61960/- per month depending on the post (as listed in vacancy table).
- Payments are on contract basis under NHM - NTEP scheme.
