Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the age and educational qualification prescribed for the specific post as on the date of the notification. DSH Nandyal Recruitment Salary

All three notified posts - General Duty Attendant (GDA/MNO/FNO), Post Mortem Assistant, and Office Subordinate - carry a monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-, as applicable from time to time.

DSH Nandyal Recruitment Selection Process

Selection is based on a total of 100 marks, distributed as follows:

• 75% of marks for the aggregate marks obtained in all years of the qualifying examination or its equivalent.
• Up to 10 marks at the rate of 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring the requisite qualification (as per the pass certificate), reckoned up to the date of notification.
• Up to 15% weightage for candidates who have worked on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis (including COVID-19 service), subject to satisfactory service certified by the competent authority, as per G.O.Ms.No.211, HM&FW (B2) Dept., Dt: 08.05.2021; G.O.Rt.No.573, HM&FW (B2) Dept., Dt: 01.11.2021; and G.O.Rt.No.07, HM&FW (B2) Dept., Dt: 06.01.2022.

Weightage for Contract/Outsourcing Service (Working Area-wise)

No weightage is given for non-COVID service rendered for less than six months. For COVID service of less than 6 months, 0.8 marks per completed month is awarded. COVID-19 weightage applies only where the candidate rendered COVID-19 service on Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium basis and was appointed by the District Collector or another competent authority, duly certified by the controlling officer (DMHO/DCHS/Principal of GMC/Superintendent of GGH).

Candidates who rendered contract/outsourcing service outside the Medical & Health Department must mention the contract appointment notification number, year, roster point, and issuing authority. Only candidates who rendered contract service in Government institutions in their respective specialization are considered for contract weightage marks, as per Government Memo No.3740784/B2/2020, dated 14.02.2022. Service certificates not issued in the prescribed Annexure-I format will not be considered.

DSH Nandyal Recruitment Required Documents

Two self-attested sets of the following certificates must be enclosed with the filled-in application:

1. SSC or its equivalent certificate (for date of birth)
2. Pass certificate of the qualification prescribed for the post applied for
3. Marks memos of all years of the qualifying examination or its equivalent
4. Valid registration certificate in the A.P. Para Medical Board/Allied Health Care Sciences Council or other relevant council, where applicable
5. Study certificates from Class 4 to Class 10 from the school where the candidate studied (or, for private study, a local candidature certificate for the preceding 7 years, in the prescribed Appendix-I format)
6. Copy of a valid caste certificate (candidates without one will be treated as OC); SC candidates must produce Community Certificate SC-I/SC-II/SC-III
7. Latest EWS Income & Asset Certificate, valid for 2026-27, for candidates claiming EWS reservation
8. Disability certificate issued through SADAREM, for PWD candidates
9. Service certificate from the concerned controlling officer (DM&HO/DCHS/Principal of GMC/Superintendent of GGH/appointing authority), for candidates claiming Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium service weightage
10. Ex-servicemen certificate, where applicable

The notification states that applications without clear, visible copies of the documents listed above, or missing the required enclosures, will be summarily rejected.

How to Apply for DSH Nandyal Recruitment 2026

Important Instructions

• The tenure of contract/outsourcing appointment is initially one year from the date of joining and may be extended as per Government instructions. Services can be terminated at any time with one month's notice or as directed by the Government.
• If any submitted certificate is later found fake, the candidate's services will be terminated, salary recovered, and a criminal case filed against the candidate.
• Selected candidates must compulsorily stay at their bonafide headquarters and abide by applicable Government rules.
