DSSSB 03/2026 Examination Scheme & Selection Process

Selection for all posts in DSSSB Advertisement 03/2026 will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT). The exam scheme is divided into three types depending on the post. Post codes 34/26, 39/26, and 40/26 (IT Assistant Grade-A, Data Processing Assistant, Data Entry Operator) will be examined under the One Tier General (I-T-G) scheme - a 2-hour paper of 200 MCQs covering General Awareness, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Hindi, and English (40 marks each). All Forensic Science Laboratory posts, NDMC technical posts, Delhi Archives posts, and the Electrical Overseer post (i.e., post codes 21/26 to 33/26, 35/26 to 38/26, and 45/26) will follow the One Tier Technical (I-T-T) scheme - a 2-hour paper split into Section A (100 MCQs on general subjects, 100 marks) and Section B (100 MCQs on the domain subject, 100 marks). Teaching posts - TGT Computer Science, Domestic Science Teacher, TGT Special Education, and Special Educator Primary (post codes 41/26 to 44/26) - follow the One Tier Technical/Teaching scheme with the same structure, where Section B includes questions on teaching methodology and B.Ed syllabus.

Negative marking of 0.25 marks applies for every wrong MCQ answer. Questions will be bilingual (Hindi and English), except language-specific papers. DSSSB 03/2026 - Reservation & OBC Certificate Rules

Reservation benefits are available for SC, ST, OBC (Delhi), EWS, PwBD, ESM, and Meritorious Sports Persons as per Government of NCT of Delhi and Central Government instructions.
