Eligibility Criteria
- Degree/Post Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture and related subjects from a government recognized university.
- Minimum 01 year experience in field level agriculture and animal husbandry based livelihood work after the prescribed educational qualification.
- If candidates as per column 2 and 3 are not available, then regular degree/post graduate degree from a government recognized university along with 02 years experience in rural level and agriculture related work is desired.
- Priority to experience in rural supervision and marketing.
- Capable of working in Hindi and English language as well as knowledge of local language.
- Proficient in computer and MS Office, Hindi and English typing.
- Proficiency in report writing and data management.
- Own vehicle (two-wheeler) with all necessary documents for field visits.
Salary / Stipend
- One time monthly honorarium (Rs.) 30,000/-
- Travel allowance (Rs.) 3,000/-

- The age of the candidate as on 01 January 2026 should be more than 21 years and less than 45 years.

- Selection process will be as per the guidelines.
General Information / Instructions
- Resident - Must be original resident of Chhattisgarh state/district.
- IFC Anchor honorarium will be released from the provisioned IFC budget by the Nodal CLF.
- The appointment of IFC Anchor will be completely temporary, which can be extended for the next year based on evaluation as per the need of the project. If CLF wishes, the appointment period can be increased beyond IFC.
- The decision of the evaluation committee will be final.
- After appointment of IFC Anchor, there will be minimum 01 month probation period. After evaluation of work in the said period, appointment period will be extended for 11 months. Also, after completion of 01 year of appointment, appointment can be extended for the next 01 year based on review of work by the committee constituted under CLF on the basis of obtaining minimum 75 percent score in various KPIs.
- Candidates who have been separated from Chhattisgarh Livelihood Promotion Committee or any other government department on the basis of service indiscipline/improper behavior/arbitrariness or irregularity in any post will not be eligible for selection. If wrong information is given, the candidature will be considered cancelled.
- Incomplete/unclear and erroneous application forms will be cancelled. And no information will be given.
- Candidates who have married before the minimum prescribed age for marriage will not be eligible for appointment.
- Candidates who have married a person who already has a living husband/wife will not be eligible. In such cases, the government can take a different decision, i.e., if the government is satisfied that there is sufficient reason for doing so, exemption can be granted from this prohibition.
- If the candidate directly or indirectly creates any kind of obstruction in the appointment process or tries to influence, the candidature of the candidate can be cancelled.
- The right to take final decision on any dispute and problem arising during the recruitment process will remain with the appointing Cluster Organization.
