Eligibility Criteria
- Applications invited from eligible bonafide Indian citizens for temporary engagement as part-time Guest Teacher in Education at Eklavya Model Residential School, Raghunathpur, Kanksa, Paschim Bardhaman.
- Candidate must have M.A. in Education from any recognized University of India with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or its equivalent recognised by the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE).
- Engagement will be made on the basis of academic qualifications and interview conducted by the Appointing Authority.
- Preference will be given to local residents.
- Candidate must be medically fit and produce a medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner or as approved by the Appointing Authority.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Maximum age: 38 years.
- Relaxation in upper age limit applicable for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes as per State Government norms.
Salary/Stipend
- Remuneration: Rs. 12,000/- per month.
- It is a purely contractual post and candidates shall not claim any permanent engagement for the post.
Selection Process
- Selection will be on the basis of academic qualifications and an interview conducted by the Appointing Authority.
- Candidates have to appear for Interview on 22.12.2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the office of the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman.
- Candidature will be rejected if the candidate is not found eligible at any stage, even after appearance in the Interview.
- No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the Interview.
- District Committee of PBAKOSP reserves the right to reject any application, or cancel/postpone/suspend engagement to the post at any time without assigning any reason.

- Submit hard copy of the filled application along with enclosures in the Drop Box at the office of the B.D.O., Kanksa, Paschim Bardhaman.
- Applications will be received from 27.11.2025 to 12.12.2025 (up to 4 PM) on all working days.
- Candidates are requested to visit the District Website regularly for subsequent information and downloading of Interview Call Letter; call letter will also be sent to the applicant’s email id.
