Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI) for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor posts.
- All Candidates must have up-dated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/ MD/ MS Qualification(s).
- Essential qualifications: Candidates selected, must submit updated Medical Registration Certificate before joining if they only show "Applied for document(s)" at interview time.
Salary/Stipend
- Consolidated pay for Professor: Rs. 2,60,226/- per month.
- Consolidated pay for Associate Professor: Rs. 1,73,045/- per month.
- Consolidated pay for Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,48,669/- per month.
- The teaching faculty shall not be entitled to claim any service benefits, including PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, etc.
- Provision of Hostel accommodation/Quarters will be made to the extent possible; if availed, HRA will not be payable.
Age Limit (as on 17-12-2025)
- Maximum Age Limit: Not Exceeding 69 Years as on the date of the Walk-in Interview.
- The maximum tenure of such engagement will be up to 70 years of age for teaching faculty or till the expiry of the tenure, whichever is earlier.
Application Fee
- SC/ST/ESIC Employees, Female Candidates, Ex-servicemen, PwD: Nil fee.
- Others: Rs. 500/-.
- Fees must be paid via Demand Draft in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No.1", payable at Faridabad. Fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

Selection Process
- Selection is based on academic credentials and interview performance.
- Only candidates whose documents are successfully verified by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear before the Interview Board.
- The results will be posted on www.esic.gov.in.
General Information/Instructions
- The tenure of the contract will be for 01 year initially, extendable up to 3 years, subject to approval and satisfactory performance.
- The contract will be terminated upon the appointment of regular faculty or attainment of 70 years of age, whichever is earlier.
- No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as teaching faculty at ESIC Medical College & Hospital Faridabad.
- A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- is required via Demand Draft upon joining.
- No TA/DA for the interview. Regularly check the website for updates.

- Candidates must bring their completed offline application form (attached with the advertisement) along with self-attested copies of required documents at the time of document verification.
- Documents needed: Class 10th certificate (DOB), all marks sheets/degree certificates of MBBS/MD/MS/DNB, valid caste/EWS/PwD certificates (Central Govt. format), updated Medical Registration, Experience Certificate, photograph, Aadhaar Card, Relieving/NOC from employer (if applicable).
- Submit a separate application for each post if applying for multiple positions.
