Salary/Stipend

  • Remuneration per mensem: ₹65,000.00 (Fixed).
  • No other allowance or benefit is admissible with the fixed monthly remuneration.
  • TA/DA for domestic official tours (with due approval) for Young Professional:
    • Mode of journey: AC Two-Tier by Rail.
    • Hotel accommodation up to Rs. 2,250/- per day.
    • Taxi charges at actuals for travel and food bills not exceeding Rs. 900/- per day.

General Information/Instructions

  • Hindustan Copper Limited is a vertically integrated, multi-unit, Schedule-A Miniratna Category–I Central Public Sector Enterprise.
  • Young Professionals will be engaged as Individual Consultants for a tenure of 24 months (extendable or shortened based on requirement).
  • Leave entitlement: 1 day of leave for each completed month on a pro-rata basis, with no accumulation beyond a calendar year. Un-availed leaves cannot be carried forward; leave up to one month without remuneration may be considered with approval of CMD, HCL.
  • Insurance: Individual Consultants are responsible for arranging and maintaining their own life, health and other insurance to cover the engagement period.
  • Legal status: Individual Consultants have the status of independent consultants and are not employees of HCL. The engagement is temporary and can be cancelled at any time without providing reasons.
  • Standards of conduct: Consultants shall not seek or accept instructions from any external authority, must act in the interest of HCL, and comply with all applicable laws and rules.
  • Confidentiality: Consultants are subject to the Indian Officials Secrets Act, 1923, and are prohibited from publishing or sharing any material related to their assignment without prior sanction from HCL.
  • Exclusive engagement: Consultants engaged on full-time basis are not permitted to take up any other assignment during the period of consultancy with HCL, and must declare that no conflict of interest exists.
