• The company is a global provider of high-quality healthcare products and services
• The Retail Business Division of HLL Lifecare Limited has set up AMRIT Pharmacy outlets at AIIMS Deoghar, RIMS Ranchi, and Central Coalfields Limited Hospitals at Ranchi, Ramgarh, Dhori, and Dakra
• Positions are on a Fixed Term Contract basis

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• For Assistant Pharmacist: D.Pharm/B.Pharm qualification required - Freshers can apply
• For Pharmacist Grade IV: D.Pharm/B.Pharm with minimum 2 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy
• For Pharmacist Grade III: D.Pharm/B.Pharm with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy
• For Pharmacist Grade II: D.Pharm/B.Pharm with minimum 6 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy
• For Pharmacist Grade I: D.Pharm/B.Pharm with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in retail pharmacy

Essential Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree from recognized institution
• Relevant post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy as per the grade applied for
• Only candidates with relevant qualification and experience will be permitted to attend the written test
• Candidates applying for the post of Pharmacist (Grade IV to I) / Assistant Pharmacist must submit their State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate of Jharkhand in order to obtain the pharmacy license for the outlet

Experience:

• Experience requirements vary by grade level from fresher to 8 years in retail pharmacy
• The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the same as the cut-off date for calculating qualification and post-qualification experience of the candidates
• All experience must be in retail pharmacy sector

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Maximum Age: 37 years as of 01.01.2026
• The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the same as the cut-off date for calculating qualification and post-qualification experience
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates will be eligible for relaxation as per Government of India directives

Selection Process

• The selection process for the positions of Pharmacist (Grade IV to I) and Assistant Pharmacist comprises a written test and an interview
• Written Test: The written test for all posts will consist of multiple-choice questions to be answered within 30 minutes
• The maximum mark for the written examination is 50
• There are no negative marks for wrong answers
• Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for interview
• The decision of the Management regarding selection will be final
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification

• Before attending, candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement
