- Visit the official HOS Re-Appear application portal.
- Log in or register using the required candidate credentials.
- Select the relevant exam category - CTP/ Additional or Re-Appear - for Class 10th or Class 12th.
- Fill in the required application details as prompted on the portal.
- Pay the applicable exam fee (and practical subject fee, if applicable) online.
- Submit the form and save/print the confirmation for future reference..
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Class 12th exams will be held between 1 October 2026 and 22 October 2026.
