Educational Qualification
- Full-time Engineering Graduation (BE/BTech) in the relevant discipline from AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute.
- Completed after 01.04.2023 (candidates prior to this date ineligible).
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD).
- Percentage Calculation: As per university norms; if CGPA/GPA, convert using institute formula (certificate required). Fractions ignored (e.g., 49.99% = less than 50%).
Age Limit (As on 10.03.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, 10 years for PwBD (as per Govt. guidelines).

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainees Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Screening of applications on merit percentage (marks) per eligibility and positions.
- Shortlisting for Document Verification (DV) in 1:5 ratio (email intimation).
- Preparation of merit list post-DV for eligible candidates.
- Engagement after accepting tri-partite contract on NATS, medical certificate (prescribed format), and police verification.

Stipend
