Educational Qualification

  • Full-time Engineering Graduation (BE/BTech) in the relevant discipline from AICTE/UGC recognized university/institute.
  • Completed after 01.04.2023 (candidates prior to this date ineligible).
  • Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD (VH/HH/OH/MD).
  • Percentage Calculation: As per university norms; if CGPA/GPA, convert using institute formula (certificate required). Fractions ignored (e.g., 49.99% = less than 50%).

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Trainees Selection Process

Selection will be based on:

  1. Screening of applications on merit percentage (marks) per eligibility and positions.
  2. Shortlisting for Document Verification (DV) in 1:5 ratio (email intimation).
  3. Preparation of merit list post-DV for eligible candidates.
  4. Engagement after accepting tri-partite contract on NATS, medical certificate (prescribed format), and police verification.

Stipend
