Essential Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing with 50% marks/GNMA Grade Nursing Diploma with 50% marks from recognized University/Institutions
• Gender: Female Candidate only
• Domicile: Himachal Bonafide
• Registration: Registered with HPNRC, Shimla-06

Desirable Qualifications

• Candidates with working experience in respect of Essential Qualification(s) and Experience, if any shall be the prescribed closing date for submission of Online Recruitment Application (ORA) Form i.e. 16.01.2026

Salary/Stipend

• Fixed Monthly Honorarium: ₹25,000/- per month
• Engagement Period: 5 years (purely on engagement basis)
• Note: The candidate may kindly be note that if selected and subsequently the post of regular cadre is advertised, the engagement shall be governed by the provisions of guidelines (policy notified by the Govt. of H.P. vide notification No. Health-A04/ES/2025-Health-B-301504 dated 06.11.2025 enclosed as Annexure-"A")

• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Age Relaxation: Age will be reckoned as on 01-01-2025
• Note: A correction window shall be opened for a period of seven days, commencing after three working days from the closing date for submission of ORA, to be subjected to payment of fee

• Examination Fee (All Categories): ₹800.00 (In proceeding fee)
• Correction Fee: ₹100.00 (A link for correction window shall be opened for a period of seven days, commencing after three working days from the closing date for submission of ORA)
• Note: The candidates of all categories shall be required to pay ₹100/- as examination fee and ₹800/- is processing fee

• The candidates are requested the requisite fee through "Online Payment Gateway" using Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking/UPI or through such other electronic mode as may be available during payment

Selection Process

• Mode of Selection: Computer Based Test/ written screening test of 120 marks of 1 ½ hours (one and a half hours) duration (As decided by the Aayog)
• Examination Pattern: The objective type screening test will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions, with each question carrying 1 mark
• Syllabus:
  • Subject(s) field(s) upto the level of prescribed essential qualification(s) as notified in the advertisement - 85 questions
  • General Knowledge including General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, Current Affairs - 10 questions
  • Everyday Science, Logical Reasoning, Social Science, General English & General Hindi of Matric Standard - 25 questions
• Normalization Method: In case of CBT examination, the score of candidates shall be normalized using Z-Score Method (Mean and Standard Deviation Method) for preparation of the merit list
• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  • General category candidates: 45% marks (petGEN-UR)
  • Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Other Backward Classes candidates: 40% marks
  • General category candidates in respect of examination relating to the posts falling in the Scheduled Caste or other reserved categories: Maximum of 5% relaxation (i.e., upto 40% for General category candidates and 35% for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Other Backward Classes)
• Waiting Panel: While preparing the final result, a category wise waiting list (panel) shall be prepared. The candidates placed in the waiting list/panel shall have no right to be appointed except when a selected/recommended candidate does not join and the waiting list is still in reserved for respective field/s being kept in use same name of waiting list/panel of re-reserved and joining unreserved appointing authority

General Information/Instructions

• The candidates must read the instructions/other terms and conditions carefully before filling up ORA forms for the post(s) concerned
• Incomplete ORA submitted without any/full requisite document in support of their eligibility for the concerned post, scanned photograph and signatures of prescribed size etc. will be rejected straightaway
• ORA must be submitted with complete necessary original certificates/documents and shall not be entertained thereafter whatsoever link will be made available only for the time indicated from 12.12.2025 (10:00 AM) to 16.01.2026 (till 11.59 PM)
• No Offline Application Form will be accepted by the HPRCA. The candidates are required to apply online through ORA
• A correction window shall be opened for a period of seven days, commencing after three working days from the closing date for submission of ORA, to be subjected to payment of fee
• The candidates must be registered on One Time Registration (OTR) portal before filling the ORA
• The candidates must meet the instructions/other terms and conditions carefully before filling up ORA Forms for the post(s) concerned
• The candidates are supposed to upload the entire mandatory document(s), which will be visible for all future reference regarding the examination/tests, downloading call numbers/call letters/entering for detail etc
• The candidates are advised to give their working i/public landline/Mobile No. PIN Code and E-mail ID, send it to them in the online recruitment application (ORA) and ensure their working till the completion of selection process to avoid inconvenience
• The candidates belonging to reserved categories are required to submit Income & Asset Certificate, valid at the time of ORA as well as at the time of document verification
