Selection Process
- The selection shall be based on the merit of marks obtained in both groups of the Final Examination of ICAI held in the years 2024 and 2025 under New Scheme.
- However, IHMCL reserves the right to invite candidates for an interview based on a cut-off to be determined subsequently by IHMCL.In the event that the number of applications received is large, IHMCL may adopt a short-listing criterion to restrict the number of candidates called for interaction/interview to a reasonable limit. The method of such short-listing shall be decided by the Selection Committee.
- For Final Merit List, if there are two or more candidates having equal scores/marks, the person older in age shall be placed higher in the merit list.
