Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: MBA / PGDBM / Post‑graduate degree from a recognized Institution/University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Essential Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Work Experience: At least 5 years and above successful experience as Placement Officer/Manager/Placement Head/Training & Placement Officer at an Institute of National Importance or premier business school with strong corporate network.
- Other Requirements: Ability to develop strong industry relations with good PR, liaison and relationship‑building skills; highly motivated, pleasing personality, strong people skills; knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Desirable: Willingness to travel extensively to build recruiter network, membership of reputed HR networking bodies, knowledge of database management, significant industry experience and networking with senior management in large business houses.
