- Research Associate is to support the research activities and the activities of the Centre for Software and IT Management (CSITM) under the supervision of Manager and Chair of CSITM. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality academic research, digital content creation, project and event management.

- Preparing analytical reports and technical documentation
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Creation of digital contents, documentation
- Conducting field study and interaction with different sources for data collection
- Assisting with data cleaning, estimation, and interpretation results.
- Contributing to center activities, such as events, conferences, seminars, and social media
- Strong Computational skills and proficiency in MS office and basic tools for management
